Keith had a builder doing some work who had accidentally disturbed a hornets nest and had been stung on the head resulting in a bad reaction and the builder having to take the rest of the day off! I went out to the property under short notice and dealt with the nest allowing the work to carry on later that day.

Both Ade and his next door neighbour had been suffering with rat activity for years and over time they'd had companies out that hadn't resolved the issue. Andy had a problem with Clusterflies which are a type of fly that hibernate in the loft over winter, I fumigated the loft which solved the issue for him.

Alicia had a very active wasp nest entering under a fascia board, she wasn't going to be in due to work commitments and was concerned as the wasps were very active Nests are normally treated from the outside anyway so she gave me permission to treat the nest without anybody being there which was nice and straightforward and by the time she was home in the evening the wasps were gone!
RDB Pest Control made having an external wasps nest removed an incredibly easy process. The wasps nest was next to our front door and at full term we were eager to have the nest removed before we brought our little man home. Wasp nest was treated using extension poles, the wasps had been entering via a gap next to the dormer window and as a result Manuel could hear them in the roof void.
Great service! We had just noticed wasps flying around by a dormer window. Called someone locally but their price was quite high and couldn't help for a couple of days. Called Ryan and he explained how he would deal with it and gave us a quote - half the price we had just been quoted. Ryan arrived the next day at the agreed time. Adam called me with a wasp issue - they had been going into his gas meter on the side of the house, it was a slightly unusual location made even worse the the fact he had landscapers round to remove the shrubbery and lay a patio next to the gas box. During Covid Finlay had spent a considerable amount of time and money on his newly designed garden, much to his annoyance wasps had decided to build a nest in the wall of his new summerhouse and he could see them carrying the insulation out of the wall cavity! I attended this property in Rugby for a Wasp nest treatment. The nest was situated in right behind the garage door, Eva's son played football near the garage so it was important to carry out a fast treatment to avoid him being stung by angry wasps!

Faultless service. For a start he was cheaper than Rugby council. I called in the morning and Ryan said he could visit in the afternoon. He arrived well within the timeslot he'd given me. We called Ryan on a Monday at midday to ask him to sort a Wasps nest that was in the eaves of the house. He offered me two times to get it sorted, the earliest being that evening at half seven in the evening. I attended Colin's property to remove a large dormant Wasp nest from the loft. Whilst there he asked if I wouldn't mind removing an old Bee's nest as well, I removed both the Wasp, Bee, and several small nests at the same time.

John and his partner had recently moved into a rural property in Rugby and had noticed some Wasp activity in their loft space. I found a nest from the summer and also several hibernating queen Wasps, I advised to save the expense of a fumigation and leave them be as they do not cause any real harm.
We had suffered from wasps accessing nearly every room in our house near Rugby during late summer/ autumn 2020 and had noted wasps entering the roof space under the eaves, which put us off from using the loft space for storage. We called RDB after the activity had died down. He attended within two days (fitting in with our schedule) and investigated the loft discovering a nest and a number of sleepy queens visible around the nest. His advice, as there was little immediate risk, was not to fumigate the loft at this time (mid-November 2020) as the queens may well migrate somewhere else to build their nests in the spring. He also investigated a potential nest in our garden shed, which turned out to be a false alarm. He showed a lot of integrity by refusing to accept any payment for his advice, promising to help us out next year if the problem recurred. We would definitely call RDB again!

Excellent service, amazing value. Ryan, out of about 10 exterminator services I rang, was the only one who was able to make it on the same day I called. Of course this is no guarantee that this will be the case for every call out, but when I spoke to him on the phone and explained about my situation (1 year old with a bad habit of picking stuff up off the floor and putting it in her mouth, not ideal with a rat pooping everywhere) he made time to fit me in. I think he understood my anxiety about the situation. He was able to immediately diagnose the problem as a rat just from the droppings (I thought it was a mouse) and found where it was hiding within minutes. He laid the bait in such a way that it posed no danger to my daughter or cat, and was very responsive to follow up messages. He was quick to come out when the rat had shuffled off its mortal coil and remove the offending rodent. He also took preventative steps to stop the problem happening again. Call me meek but I often feel anxious with tradesmen coming into my home. You don't know who you're letting into your house, but with Ryan this was completely allayed. He's a gentleman, courteous and even politely laughs at bad dad jokes. He explains the situation well and is clearly knowledgeable about his vocation. Sonia called me as her elderly and isolating parents had been noticing what they thought was a large amount of Wasp activity in their garden. One of the more challenging Wasp jobs so far, the Wasps had been gaining access via a small hole in the brickwork at gutter height above the conservatory. Access was very tricky due to safety concerns regarding the conservatory, I attached two extension poles to my sprayer and managed to manouver the nozzle into the wasp nest entry point.
